Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy and cancellation form for consumers in the case of digital content not delivered on a physical medium

"Consumer" within the meaning of this cancellation policy is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity.

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (PromptScan | Julia Holtrup, email: info@promptscan.de) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Cancellation

• The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
• The right of cancellation does not apply to consumers who, at the time of the conclusion of the contract and delivery, have their residence, habitual abode, or delivery address outside a Member State of the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA) and do not belong to any of these Member States.
